Separating Equipment

	The Tubular Rotary Screen Separators (TRS Series) are designed to use with any Kramer vibratory finishing system or even with other brands. The TRS machines are manufactured with height adjustment and casters to allow for quick and easy access to the vibratory dump chute. Just open the chute and allow the media and parts to tumble into the rotating screen for quick and complete separation.
	Versatile catch pans and screens can used to catch parts and media for separation and transfer. Pan sizes can be customized to match processing requirements. Screen mesh sizes and styles adjustable to optimize parts/media separation. Can be used with wet or dry processes.

Kramer offers the most popular styles of separating equipment for both barrel and vibratory finishing. All screen hole sizes are available in stainless steel or coated steel for wet separation. The TRS systems can be equipped with catch pans and designed to work seamlessly with the parts separating equipment.
