Nu-Soft Steel Shot
Nu-Soft Steel Shot
Nu-Soft Steel has been specially designed for blasting soft and delicate metal parts. This metallurgically developed cast steel shot is designed for use standard centrifugal wheel blasting systems and pneumatic pressure blast cabinets.
The unique hardness of this steel shot at 12-15 HRC and round shape makes it ideal for applications where a harder or more abrasive blast media will damage parts. Nu-Soft Steel Shot is low carbon with a density above 7 g/cc. This media has durability more than twice the standard grades of steel and one thousand time more than other abrasive media.
Nu-Soft Steel Shot is engineered from premium-grade, virgin cast steel shot. The particles are fully round and the chemistry is carefully monitored in the furnace to provide optimal performance.
