HDPPB Series – Heavy-Duty Grade, Portable Pressure, Abrasive Blasting System
The HDPPB Series is a Contractor Grade, Portable Pressure Blasting System designed for Heavy Duty Portable Sandblaster industrial applications of all kinds. Productivity and safety are engineered into the design of these systems.
HDPPB Series – Heavy-Duty Grade, Portable Pressure, Abrasive Blasting System
The HDPPB Series – Heavy-Duty Grade, Portable Pressure, Abrasive Blasting System is a contractor grade abrasive blasting systems. These high-performance, highly versatile, heavy-duty systems are engineered for all type of blasting applications. The upgraded fittings, hoses, and nozzles are ideal for blasting contractors that need to depend on the quality of the tools they use. Portability and performance are balanced for optimal results.
The HPBB-0.5R and HDPPB-1R models are ideal for quick or touchup jobs, light-duty blasting, or hard-to-reach jobs like surface prepping structural beams or cleaning up welds to satisfy an inspector. This equipment is easy to store and move around job locations. Designed for multi-tasking contractors who blast.
The HDPPB-3R model is designed for flexibility, mobility, and versatility—when you require greater capacity than smaller blast machines. Half-day work, cleaning buckets on excavators, tractors, or skid steers, abrasive blasting dump truck or dirt trailers, pipeline maintenance, surface preparation infrastructure, or renovating buildings
The HDPPB-6R model is for abrasive blasting contractors. These machines can handle little or large jobs, light-duty or high-production. Maintain pipelines or renovate buildings with your Clemco 6-cuft machine. Clean wastewater treatment tanks, ship hulls, trailers or excavators. These machines blast minor bridge and overpass structural components well.
An abrasive blaster is an efficient time-saving piece of equipment, but like other machinery, you must observe specific safety procedures when operating it. Always wear proper eye protection, respiratory protection, and proper protective clothing when operating an abrasive blaster. Never point an abrasive blaster at another person.
When first assembling an abrasive blaster, be sure to tighten all connections. Check all connections every 10 operating hours for worn parts. Replace any worn parts with original Kramer parts. Do not exceed 125 PSI in pressure blasters and never touch the pull-up closure while the tank is pressurized.

The HDPPB Heavy Duty Portable Pressure Blast Series are contractor grade abrasive blast systems designed for high performance, versatile removal of contamination, corrosion, mill scale, and coatings from most surfaces.
Commercial sandblasters like the HDPPB Series can be used for sensitive paint stripping off metal to heavy-duty blasting to create surface texture and profiling, improving bonding surfaces for coatings. The remote-control handle allows the operator to control the blasting at the nozzle. Once the handle is released, the media flow stops, and the blast hose depressurizes.
The pressure pot is built to ASME specifications for up to 150 psi working pressure. These commercial sandblasting systems are all supplied with an Air Fed Helmet and all the fittings and hoses. A variety of sizes from 3/32″ to 1/2″ of durable, tungsten carbide nozzles are available for each system. The Deluxe Packages are also supplied with a Moisture Separator, Pressure Regulator, and Leather Blast Suit. This durable blasting equipment is ideal for industrial, heavy-duty applications and comes standard with fresh air supply for the operator.
